What we are offering your county are several copies of a very simple phone app
that any staffer or volunteer could run on their phone or any phone and
send a customized automatic text message to a couple dozen (or several thousand) "INACTIVE" voters in a matter of minutes to help move that voter from "INACTIVE" to "ACTIVE"
If we can get conservative INACTIVE voters to move to ACTIVE and vote WE CAN DO IT!!
This simple tool (ELSIE) is POWERFUL, use her wisely.

Right now we want to coordinate and concentrate on 2 tier level target states,
It's not that the other states don't matter but for this election they don't matter as much.
Teir 1: States that are Barely Dem or Exactly tied or Barely GOP in order of electoral votes.
Pennsylvania(19), North Carolina (16), Georgia (16), Virginia (13), Arizona (11), Indiana (11), Wisconsin (10), Nevada (6)
Teir 2: States that are Likely Dem or Likely GOP in order of electoral votes.
Texas (40), Florida (30), New Jersey (14), Colorado (10), Minnesota (10), Kansas (6), Arkansas (6), Mississippi(6), New Mexico(5) New Hampshire(4)
