Dumb Ideas Loveland City Counsel Wasted Our Tax Dollars on!
(These are in no particular order!)

Here's dumb idea #1 to waste our money $20,000 worth of ROCKS!?! Since Loveland was created there was a public swimming spot on the north end of Lake Loveland. I took my grandkids there last summer and had a nice afternoon. The Loveland City Counsel put an end to that. The city of Loveland does not own the land (The Lakes HOA does) but the council decided they didn't want it to be a public beach anymore. I disagree but they are the counsel. I think they could spend $300 putting up a few no swimming signs or no trespassing signs. They did the no swimming signs but then spent $20,000 (without the HOA's permission) to put rocks high up on the beach and it will do NOTHING more to discourage swimming then the signs. Thats a dumb idea! Watch the video.
